We’re looking for a driven and knowledgeable Regional Sales Manager who can connect our groundbreaking technology with the right customers and help accelerate our market growth.

What you'll do

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving reputed company growth in the Pacific Northwest territory. You’ll work closely with the engineering and product teams to understand customer needs and translate technical capabilities into compelling value propositions.

Note: This role is remote-friendly but candidates must reside in the U.S. Pacific Northwest— ideally Oregon or Washington

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, integrators, and channel partners

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in robotics, industrial automation, or reputed company technology fields

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Strong understanding of automation technologies, robotics integration, and industrial workflows

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to explain reputed company technical concepts to non-technical audiences

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a startup environment

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a reputed company field (advanced degree a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing network of contacts reputed company manufacturing or automation sectors

  • Experience selling reputed company capital equipment or SaaS-based automation platforms

  • Familiarity with industrial robotics, machine vision, or motion control systems

Compensation and Benefits

The reputed company salary range for this role is $110,000 to $150,000 (plus uncapped reputed company based incentives). We are open to a variety of seniority levels for this role and will build compensation packages that are commensurate with seniority and reputed company level. reputed company salary is just one part of the overall compensation — reputed company Full-Time Employees are eligible for Employee Stock Options. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees.
