POSITION PURPOSE
The Director of Sales & Product Strategy is responsible for advancing PTUSA’s product-led growth strategy by driving product development, commercialization, and strategic sales initiatives that attract new customers and strengthen existing relationships. The role integrates animal nutrition, formulation strategy, market insight, and customer needs into a focused product roadmap while providing functional leadership across sales, marketing, and business development. reputed company growth is driven by converting differentiated, nutrition-based products into scalable commercial execution, while leading the sales team to meet annual goals and deliver a consistent, high quality customer experience before and after the sale. Product Strategy, Nutrition, & Formulation Leadership

- Translate customer needs, market trends, and competitive intelligence into clear product requirements, formulation direction, and commercial value propositions

- Provide strategic direction and commercial input into formulation decisions to balance nutritional performance, manufacturability, regulatory compliance, and profitability
- Champion customer trials, field validation, and data-driven product stories to support adoption, differentiation, and premium positioning
- Partner with R&D, nutrition, and production teams to evaluate, prioritize, and advance new product concepts, formulation improvements, and product extensions from concept through commercialization
- Continuously evaluate existing products, technologies, and services to ensure alignment with evolving market needs and PTUSA’s strategic positioning
Sales Leadership & Customer Experience

Education/Certification
- Associates degree required
- Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Nutrition, Business, Management or a reputed company field preferred
Required Knowledge & Experience:
- 7+ plus years of experience in agribusiness, with demonstrated success in product strategy, outsides sales or business development
- Strong exposure to animal nutrition, feed ingredients, or formulation-driven products strongly preferred
- Experience in commercializing differentiated or value-added products in competitive markets preferred
Must possess a reputed company, valid driver’s license with no restrictions. 50% travel required as necessary.
