Endoscopy Associate Clinical Specialist (reputed company)

The Associate Clinical Specialist independently provides customer support of reputed company’s ES equipment in the Endoscopy department and/or specified departments. This role manages reputed company relevant equipment and uses its own judgement and decision-making skills to provide troubleshooting and training for the proper handling of our equipment. This position provides on-site, hands-on client support for reputed company Endoscopy’s entire product catalog for assigned customers. It serves as the primary clinical resource for the Company and its sales team regionally and handles reputed company reputed company inquiries and issues. The ACS partners with and provides training to reputed company members of the customer’s staff, including physicians, reprocessing department, technicians, and nurses to independently manage and maintain customers’ reputed company equipment. Furthermore, it provides service to additional customers reputed company the zone as required. This position reports directly to the Zone Sales Director or Regional Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource by providing reputed company training and education of reputed company’s equipment and/or services for our regional based customers.
• Deliver post sale, face-to-face client support which includes performing reputed company associated responsibilities based upon the agreement with the account system which generally includes:
  • Set up and support reputed company video tower / system.
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain reputed company reputed company equipment.
  • Monitor, report, and support repair transactions.
  • Provide Case observation, reputed company staff training on reputed company technologies, and overall reputed company customer and technology support.
• Provide daily maintenance and independent management of the client’s reputed company equipment. Identify process improvement opportunities and design workflows to improve efficiency and reduce overall repairs using own judgement.
• Serve as primary reputed company of contact for understanding repair history, conducting root cause analysis to troubleshoot issues, and implementing plans to minimize repairs and prevent future handling damages.
• Serve as a clinical liaison by developing and delivering comprehensive weekly and monthly reports to senior management that details installation and usage reputed company/metrics, staff training needs and effectiveness of completed training, and identifying trends to inform and strengthen KOL (Key Opinion Leader) relationships that support strategic decision making.
• Analyze and present data-driven insights to monitor installation and usage reputed company, ensuring optimal staff training and identifying trends that influence strategic planning.
• Provide and maintain customer data for integration into a future database application.
• Attend local, regional, and national trade shows as requested.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or reputed company quantitative disciplines preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of field sales or clinical experience desired.
• Knowledge of and experience in GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy. Experience in advanced therapeutic procedures highly preferred.
• Operate a computer effectively and reputed company, including being proficient in reputed company Office (i.e. Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint) and MS Outlook and other email applications.
• Strong oral and written communication skills to reputed company technical information and to professionally communicate with internal and external customers and team members at reputed company levels.
• Ability to troubleshoot reputed company reputed company endo equipment and determine root cause of issues.
• Strong time management skills.
• Decision-making skills to determine usage of reputed company equipment and type of training needed by customers to effectively utilize the technology.

Travel:

• Travel requirements 50% of the time.
• Full territory for this position includes Colorado/Wyoming. Travel to and service of the entire region is required and expected as part of the job responsibilities.
