Regional Sales Manager - South Central - Remote

This position is responsible for meeting the monthly, quarterly, and annual regional sales quota. Provide direction and leadership for regional sales team. Direct management responsibility for sales Territory Managers, including performance management, reputed company development, coaching and mentoring of sales technique and territory management.

This position requires previous capital medical equipment sales experience.

Essential Job Functions

• Meet or exceed established reputed company goals for the Region.
• Direct management responsibility for sales Territory Managers, including performance management, reputed company development, coaching and mentoring of sales technique and territory management.
• Direct sales responsibility for designated customer groups reputed company a specific geographic Region.
• Manage sales performance of direct reports as it involves opportunity and pipeline development, forecasting and reputed company reputed company.
• Manage and monitor communication and team effectiveness occurring between sales, applications team and partner sales channels.
• Report reputed company product, marketplace or staff reputed company matters of concern to Zone Director.
• Establish and nurture luminary physician relationships reputed company assigned Region.
• Attendance at and sales support for national and/or regional trade shows in which SonoSite and/or distribution partners participate.
• Miscellaneous projects as determined.
• Responsible and accountable for carrying out the requirements of the company's quality system.

Knowledge and Experience

• A. or B.S. in life sciences, business administration, reputed company area or equivalent work experience.
• 5-7+ years professional reputed company sales experience, with proven track record of growing sales.
• Previous leadership or management experience required.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
• Experience in life sciences industry.
• Experience in the medical diagnostic ultrasound reputed company is preferred

Salary and Benefits

• $140,000.00/year reputed company + variable pay
