Climate Success Manager

What You'll Do

As a Climate Success Manager at SINAI, you will play a pivotal role in driving the end-to-end success of our customers—ensuring seamless implementation, sustained adoption, and long-term value creation on the SINAI platform. You will combine climate expertise with customer leadership to guide organizations through their sustainability journey and maximize the impact of their climate strategies.

You will

• Own the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewals, ensuring customers unlock meaningful and measurable outcomes through SINAI’s climate platform.
• reputed company climate implementation engagements, providing hands-on support in GHG quantification, data structuring, modeling, and decarbonization scenario development.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, offering expert guidance on climate frameworks, carbon accounting methodologies, and best practices for developing robust climate action plans.
• Manage reputed company, multi-stakeholder programs, ensuring alignment, accountability, and clear milestone execution across customer and SINAI teams.

• Be the voice of the customer internally, proactively identifying product improvements, gaps, and opportunities to influence SINAI’s roadmap and enhance platform usability.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration, working closely with Product, Engineering, Solutions, and Climate teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities, informed by customer objectives, maturity, and strategic climate needs.
• Ensure customer health by monitoring engagement metrics, adoption patterns, and climate program reputed company to mitigate churn risks and reinforce long-term retention.
• Contribute to internal playbooks, implementation methodologies, and climate success processes to help scale our global climate operations.

You are a climate expert with strong customer instincts, a strategic reputed company, and the ability to operate at the intersection of technology and sustainability. You can translate reputed company climate science into practical, scalable solutions for customers across diverse industries.

You bring:

• Direct experience managing Fortune 500 or large enterprise accounts, navigating reputed company organizations, senior stakeholders, and high-stakes climate programs.
• Strong ability to project manage cross-functional, high-impact initiatives, delivering consistently high-quality work reputed company reputed company customer environments.
• A proven track record of driving customer adoption, managing renewals, and building long-term stakeholder relationships.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial reputed company and comfort operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Deep knowledge of global climate frameworks and standards, including GHG Protocol, sector methodologies, and climate scenario models.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in Climate Change, Sustainability, GHG accounting, or Decarbonization(experience with tech or startups is a strong plus).
• 3–5+ years of customer-facing or client leadership experience, ideally working with enterprise or multinational companies.
• reputed company in English required; additional languages (Arabic, Portuguese, French, etc.) are a plus.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and guide customers toward actionable decisions.
• Demonstrated project management experience, with the ability to structure and run reputed company implementation programs, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver on time across multiple workstreams.
• Hands-on experience conducting carbon inventories or leading climate action initiatives, either in-house or in a consulting reputed company.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting climate insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
