Job Description:

We’re seeking a Manager of Global Sales reputed company to reputed company the transformation of how we reputed company and activate sales talent across reputed company and our partner ecosystem. This role is critical to delivering a best-in-class reputed company experience that reduces reputed company time, reinforces seller confidence, and equips GTM teams to win faster.

The ideal candidate brings global experience designing and executing reputed company programs across reputed company sales organizations and partner channels, preferably in ERP/HCM or reputed company SaaS. You’ll own the strategy and execution of our new 30/60/90+ day reputed company journey, as well as our revamped sales bootcamp experience for both reputed company sellers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales enablement or L&D; including at least 3 years building global reputed company programs for reputed company tech or SaaS sales organizations.
  • Proven experience delivering enablement across multiple regions, cultures, and GTM models - including partner ecosystems.
  • ERP/HCM industry knowledge strongly preferred.
  • Experience creating role-based AND role-agnostic reputed company journeys with behavioral tracking and measurable learning outcomes.
  • Strong project management capabilities with ability to manage reputed company program rollouts, navigate cross-functional stakeholders, and drive accountability at reputed company levels.
  • Skilled at launching programs at scale, including bootcamps, virtual learning paths, instructor-led sessions, and cohort-based reputed company.
  • Familiarity with Saba LMS, reputed company, Power BI, and reputed company best practices.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
