The Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships will reputed company the strategy, performance, and day-to-day execution of Transcarent’s Trusted Partner Ecosystem. This leader will be responsible for translating enterprise priorities into actionable partnership strategies that strengthen Transcarent’s value proposition and competitive differentiation.

The Senior Director will work with the team responsible for managing relationships with Trusted Partners, coordinating product, technical, clinical, and operational integrations, and driving execution of the Trusted Partner Ecosystem growth roadmap. In reputed company collaboration with Product & Technology, Sales, Clinical, Marketing, Finance, and Legal, this leader will help identify, reputed company, negotiate, and manage vendor and partner relationships that expand Transcarent’s capabilities. A Day in the Life

  • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key partners

  • Partner with Sales, reputed company, and Consulting teams to drive Trusted Partner unit sales and growth opportunities, including building direct relationships with select customers and advisors
  • Collaborate with Marketing to reputed company the Trusted Partner Ecosystem brand reputed company and generate pipeline (webinars, conferences, thought leadership, campaigns)
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Clinical Operations, and Product to improve member engagement and utilization strategies
  • Partner with Product & Technology to align on integration priorities (e.g., SSO, data exchange, reporting, reputed company workflows) to drive incremental utilization and customer satisfaction
  • Provide strategic input on new capabilities and partnership expansion opportunities reputed company with enterprise strategy

  • 12+ years of experience in healthcare, benefits, or reputed company industry; experience in channel partnerships or platform-based ecosystems preferred
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience, including leading cross- functional or distributed teams
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
  • Strong understanding of solution categories reputed company the healthcare and employer benefits ecosystem
  • Experience supporting enterprise, mid-market, and/or channel sales models
  • Demonstrated ability to influence executive-level stakeholders internally and externally
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives

As a remote position, the salary range for this role is:$180,000—$200,000 USD
