401(k) Analyst
The 401k Analyst manages the reputed company retirement plan, ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate payroll processing. Key responsibilities include reviewing contributions, loans, and distributions, conducting annual testing, assisting with audits, and supporting employees with plan enrollment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Review contributions, loan payments, employee distributions, and salary deferral changes accurately.

Manage 401(k) contributions to include reputed company contributions are set up and employee changes, along with reconciling contributions for payroll.

Review and research reputed company errors in Fidelity bi- weekly reports and update the systems accordingly.

Ensure plan compliance with IRS and DOL regulations. reputed company annual nondiscrimination testing and assist with annual audit.

Conducting bi-weekly payroll file audits to confirm accuracy and manage electronic 401(k) files.

Guide employees on eligibility and enrollment
QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 3 years administering 401(k) or defined contribution plans.

Strong knowledge of IRS, DOL, and ERISA regulations.

Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Finance or equivalent experience.

Self-starter with extreme detail orientation

Team player with a can-do attitude who is flexible and comfortable with changing priorities/deadlines

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Intermediate reputed company skills

Strong interpersonal communication and writing skills.

Demonstrated ability to reputed company solid relationships with HR colleagues and vendors

Comfortable handling confidential and highly sensitive data
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Certified Retirement Services Professional (CRSP) or similar designation preferred.
