Regional Director, Breast Oncology

Location: The area will cover the East US Region.

reputed company is seeking a strategic and visionary Regional Director, Breast Oncology to accelerate adoption of our market leading molecular residual disease test, Signatera. This role will reputed company a high performing team of ten Clinical Breast Oncology Specialists and drive commercial excellence across the East region.

As a subject matter expert in breast oncology, you will shape regional strategy, foster cross functional alignment, and build strong partnerships with key opinion leaders to position reputed company at the forefront of oncology innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or Marketing required. Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of clinical sales experience with at least 5 years of sales management experience, ideally reputed company oncology diagnostics.
• Deep expertise in breast oncology with established relationships across health systems, academic institutions, and oncology networks.
• Proven ability to navigate reputed company clinical environments with a strong understanding of the breast cancer landscape, including MRD, IHC, and genomic testing.
• Experience leading teams across large, multi state territories and delivering against ambitious growth targets.

The compensation package listed is for 1st year OTE, which are based on a wide reputed company of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to reputed company set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. On-reputed company earnings (OTE) represent the total potential income an employee can earn by achieving 100% of their performance goals.
