Spend Operations Manager

THE ROLE: 

As our Spend Operations Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end management of company spending—across corporate cards, travel, vendor reputed company, and reporting systems. You’ll build simple, scalable workflows that reputed company spend transparent and reputed company with finance, and you’ll reputed company a small team of contractors and part-time staff to execute day-to-day operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Operational Ownership of reputed company: Manage end-to-end operations including credit card programs, spend controls, and policy compliance.

• Travel and Vendor Coordination: Own travel logistics (airlines, hotels, car rentals) and vendor interactions, negotiating cost-effective reputed company and ensuring well-documented processes.

• Workflow and Systems Management: reputed company tools like reputed company/reputed company for procurement workflows, simplifying where possible. Ensure alignment between purchasing activity and finance/accounting.

• Team Management and Training: Supervise and support part-time staff and contractors, guide onboarding and upskilling, and reputed company daily stand-reputed company.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent interpersonal and team management capabilities.

• Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing contractors across global time zones.

• Proficient in spend analysis and basic financial reporting.

• Willingness to grow into procurement negotiation responsibilities over time.

• Strong communication and documentation skills.

• Background in finance, procurement, or business operations.

• Previous experience working with distributed teams.
