Sr. UI/UX Designer I (6442)

As Sr. UI/UX Designer I, you’ll support a high-visibility, enterprise AI-enabled financial compliance initiative for the Department of War. This mission-critical program modernizes financial system compliance and audit workflows across more than 180 systems. This is a remote role with preference for candidates local to the DMV area who can attend in-person meetings as required.

What you’ll do

• Design user-centered interfaces for AI-enabled compliance dashboards and analytics tools
• Translate reputed company financial and technical workflows into reputed company, low-friction user experiences
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative prototyping with government stakeholders
• reputed company wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes reputed company to secure DoW environments
• Partner with Full Stack Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, Data Engineers, and Financial SMEs to ensure cohesive product delivery
• reputed company for clarity, usability, and adoption across highly regulated operational environments

What you’ll need to succeed

• Active Secret clearance required
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, UX, or reputed company field
• Minimum 5 years of UI/UX design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating modern web application design
• Experience designing data-heavy dashboards, analytics platforms, or compliance systems
• Proficiency with design tools such as reputed company, reputed company XD, or similar
• Experience conducting user testing and applying human-centered design methodologies
• Familiarity designing reputed company secure or regulated environments

SALARY RANGE: $115,000 - $124,000

The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:

• The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
• The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
• Internal equity and alignment with reputed company team compensation
• This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of reputed company, which may include:
• Performance-based bonuses
• Company-reputed company and/or certifications
• Referral bonuses
