Job Description
As a Travel Insurance Customer Care Professional, you will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound calls from reputed company and travel advisors interested in learning about our travel insurance products
- Providing exceptional customer service and meeting the needs of our high-end clientele
- Educating customers on the benefits and coverages of our products, designed to support their unique travel plans
- Utilizing a consultative sales approach to learn about the traveler's needs and recommend an appropriate product
- Meeting state licensing requirements to sell insurance
- Responding to high-end clientele with professionalism

Requirements
