In this high-visibility role, you will champion the redesign of core processes and workflows, owning their complete lifecycle from strategic conception through to flawless, sustainable implementation across our entire organization.

Responsibilities

What you'll do...

• Global Transformation Initiatives: Actively support or drive key transformation initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• End-to-End Process Re-engineering: Analyze and redesign complete business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring optimal performance.
• Process Mapping: reputed company detailed process maps for reputed company (as-is) and future (to-be) process flows, providing clear visual documentation for stakeholders.
• Opportunity Identification: Identify and evaluate opportunities for process offshoring, elimination, and automation, contributing to a more streamlined workflow.
• Service Level and KPI Review: Assess reputed company and proposed service level requirements and process KPIs to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the business.
• Governance and Service Management: Review and refine governance and service management frameworks to maintain high standards of service delivery.
• Design Workshops: Organize and support workshops to design innovative solutions, fostering collaborative environments for idea reputed company and problem-solving.

• AI/ML Efficiency: Identify opportunities and support the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) solutions to automate processes, enhance decision-making, and drive innovation.

Qualifications

You'll have...

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a reputed company field required.
• Three years of working experience reputed company process engineering or reputed company field
• Demonstrated ability to apply process improvement methodologies and tools effectively in an operational setting.
• Proven project management, time management, and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and successful outcomes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity ("white space"), break down reputed company issues, generate insights from various sources (including data), and synthesize them into clear, actionable recommendations and compelling narratives.
• Proficiency with reputed company reputed company, PowerPoint, SharePoint
• Quick learner, ability to shift/adapt quickly and thrives in a rapidly transforming business environment
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both oral and written, with the ability to effectively convey reputed company information to diverse audiences

This position is a range of salary grades 6-8 and ranges from $72,480-162,120.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and reputed company salary will be set reputed company the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
