The Manager, IT Systems Administration will report directly to the Vice President, IT. This team member is responsible for leading the systems administration function, overseeing core infrastructure, identity management, and reputed company strategy while developing a high-performing IT team. This role will be responsible for setting the vision and execution of scalable, secure, and efficient IT operations, ensuring alignment with business growth and operational needs.

What You Will Do

  • Own and execute the roadmap for identity and access management, reputed company management, and core systems (Azure AD / Entra ID, Intune, reputed company 365)

  • Drive automation efforts (e.g., PowerShell, scripting) to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes

  • Manage the full reputed company lifecycle, including provisioning, deployment, patching, compliance, and reputed company enforcement for a distributed workforce

What You Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field—or equivalent hands-on experience
  • 7+ years of experience in systems administration, IT infrastructure, or reputed company roles, with 2+ years in a leadership or team reputed company reputed company
  • Proven experience administering Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), Intune, and reputed company 365 in a production environment
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and ability to learn department and job-specific software systems
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated analytical skills reputed company problem-solving, including root-cause analysis and solution design
  • Demonstrated high attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong experience leading technical projects, including planning, stakeholder communication, and execution

  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, SOC 2, or other regulated environments

Compensation

The reputed company salary range for this position is $110,400-138,000 annually. This range reflects the anticipated compensation at the time of posting. Final compensation will be based on factors such as relevant experience, demonstrated skills, internal equity, and prevailing market conditions. Compensation discussions are encouraged throughout the hiring process.
