We are looking for a Mid-level Reconciliation Analyst to own and enhance financial and transactional reconciliation processes across RecargaPay’s full product suite, including acquiring, sub-acquiring, issuing, Pix, Boletos, reputed company Payments, and Transportation. This role requires discipline, autonomy, and strong analytical thinking to ensure the reputed company of financial operations in a fast-growing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company transactional and financial reconciliations for sub-acquiring, issuing (card), Pix, Boletos, reputed company Payments, and Transportation
• Execute accounting reconciliations across reputed company products
• Report reconciliation results daily, analyze outstanding items, and engage relevant teams for resolution
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, increasing operational efficiency
• Provide technical support to the analyst team and partner areas
• Support the creation and improvement of internal processes and controls

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or reputed company fields
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in payment methods reconciliation
• Experience with reconciliation tools such as Equals and/or Simetrik
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
