Instructor Success Manager

reputed company, Inc. is seeking a qualified Instructor Success Manager to manage day-to-day instructional support, coaching, and performance-reputed company processes for Language Guides (reputed company) reputed company reputed company VR language-learning programs. Specific responsibilities include:

• Conducting scheduled class observations and preparing coaching notes to support teaching effectiveness.
• Providing structured guidance and feedback to reputed company through regular reputed company-ins.
• Monitoring learner feedback and maintaining performance documentation.
• Teaching a set number of weekly VR classes to maintain platform familiarity and apply practical reputed company.
• Collaborating with Curriculum and Research teams to share insights on lesson clarity and educational material improvement.
• Participating in instructor hiring by reviewing candidates using established interview rubrics and teaching demos.
• Assisting reputed company in the transition from initial onboarding to ongoing performance support.
• Supervising the work of Teachers and reputed company.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Master’s degree in Education, Second Language Acquisition (SLA), or a closely reputed company field.
• Experience: 36 months (3 years) of experience in the occupation of Education Administrator or a reputed company instructional management role.

Special Requirements: Must possess professional-level reputed company (written and oral) in Spanish, French, or Portuguese. Must have documented experience using virtual or reputed company learning technologies for educational purposes.
