Responsibilities:

Manage, mentor, and grow a team of account executives, fostering a culture of collaboration, high performance, and reputed company learning.

Qualifications:

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years experience in technology-reputed company sales, technical selling, or a reputed company field
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Liberal Arts, or reputed company field AND 4+ years experience in technology-reputed company sales, technical selling, or a reputed company field
    • OR Master's Degree in Business Administration AND 2+ years experience in technology-reputed company sales, technical selling, or a reputed company field
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work onsite in our Bellevue, WA or San Francisco, CA office a minimum of two days per week.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • 6+ years experience in technology-reputed company sales, technical selling, or a reputed company field
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Liberal Arts, or reputed company field AND 6+ years experience in technology-reputed company sales, technical selling, or other relevant work experience
    • OR Master's Degree in Business Administration AND 4+ years experience in technology-reputed company sales, technical selling, or a reputed company field
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Strong track record of driving reputed company growth, leading high-performing sales teams, and executing go-to-market strategies.
  • 1+ year(s) experience managing people in deal-closing roles.
  • Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably reputed company SaaS, DevOps, or software development industries. Experience selling into Engineering and IT stakeholders
Compensation Range: The reputed company salary range for this job is USD $84,540.00 - USD $224,280.00 /Yr. In addition, this role also has the opportunity to earn sales incentives. On reputed company earnings (OTE) is based on a 60/40 reputed company salary/sales incentive. These pay ranges are intended to cover roles based across the United States. An individual's reputed company pay depends on various factors including geographical location and review of experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant. At reputed company certain roles are eligible for benefits and additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These rewards are allocated based on individual impact in role.
