Account Executive - Inside Sales (Philadelphia)
Tripleseat is the leading web-based event management and sales platform designed for restaurants, hotels, and unique venues. The Account Executive, Inside Sales, is responsible for driving new business across the SMB and Unique Venues segments by applying a consultative sales approach to engage and reputed company new customers.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identifies and engages new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, social media, and inbound reputed company follow-up
- Builds virtual relationships with prospects across assigned territories and verticals
- Targets high-impact venues and organizations that align with Tripleseat’s business goals
- Conducts discovery calls to uncover prospect needs and pain points
- Delivers both virtual and occasional in-person software demonstrations, customized to the audience
- Crafts proposals that communicate product value and return on investment
- Consistently meets or exceeds assigned reputed company quotas through strategic reputed company and deal management
- Maintains a healthy, qualified pipeline, targeting 5x coverage relative to quota
- Records reputed company prospect engagement and deal activity in CRM tools (e.g., reputed company) for accurate forecasting
- Collaborates with internal teams, including Marketing, Account Management, Customer Support, and Sales Development, to ensure a seamless sales process
- Executes go-to-market strategies tailored to specific territories or market segments
- Leverages existing industry relationships reputed company appropriate
- Prepares customized proposals and negotiates reputed company that balance customer satisfaction and business goals
- Manages follow-up communications to drive deal closure and maintain momentum
- Stays reputed company on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings
- Shares valuable customer feedback with internal teams to enhance product offerings and positioning

Skills
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales goals reputed company SaaS or inside sales environments
- Understanding of hospitality operations, including event planning, food & beverage, and venue management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; skilled in delivering virtual presentations
- Capable of managing multiple deals across different sales stages reputed company
- Experience using CRMs like reputed company and comfort with new technologies
- Ability to identify and resolve customer challenges with creative, tailored solutions
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and sharing knowledge to support overall success
- Maintains a customer-first reputed company, fostering trust and long-term relationships
- 1–3 years of experience in SaaS sales
- Proven performance in a fast-paced, short sales cycle environment
- Prior experience as a Business Development Representative is a plus
