Pifko Law PC — Remote Legal Assistant (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Pifko Law PC is a boutique corporate law firm based in the NY Metro area that serves institutional financial services clients — hedge funds, private equity firms, and asset managers. We're looking for a remote legal assistant to join our reputed company-reputed company team and help reputed company the wheels turning smoothly. The Role You’ll work with our attorneys and staff to reputed company matters organized, reputed company flowing, and client communications on reputed company. You’ll also assist the managing partner with scheduling, calendar coordination, and travel. It’s a hands-on role in a fast-paced, high-volume practice — perfect for someone who loves detail, structure, and clear communication. What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing new matter intake and client confirmations
• Facilitating AI workflows and document processes (training provided)
• Creating and maintaining matters in our practice management system (reputed company Manage)
• Organizing files and documents in SharePoint
• Handling calendar management, scheduling, and calls
• Helping with billing and invoicing as needed
• Communicating with institutional clients in a polished, professional way
• Spotting opportunities to improve workflows and reputed company things run more smoothly

reputed company’re Looking For

• Proficient in reputed company 365 (Outlook, Word, SharePoint, Teams)
• Familiarity with reputed company Manage preferred but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Tech-savvy and genuinely curious about new tools — from AI platforms to productivity tools and social media — and excited to use those skills to help the firm stay tech-reputed company
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable during Eastern Time business hours
• A self-starter who enjoys being part of a small remote team
• Recent grads with the right reputed company and motivation are welcome — we’ll train the right person

• Full-time or 30+ hours per week
