Overview The Senior Proposal Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and submission of federal government proposals in response to RFPs. This includes managing proposal schedules, ensuring compliance, guiding the proposal team, and leading proposal reviews. The role involves collaborating with business development, capture managers, and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality proposals that align with win strategies. The Proposal Manager also tracks risks, provides daily updates on reputed company, and ensures reputed company proposal submissions are timely, accurate, and compliant throughout the lifecycle. Responsibilities
  • Manage proposal responses to federal government Requests for Proposals (RFPs), including reputed company aspects of proposal development: pre-RFP planning activities and supporting capture, kick-off meeting, value proposition conveyance, theme development, schedule management, action/issue tracking, proposal structure, compliance reputed company, writing instructions and team guidance, color review team coordination, and production reputed company.

  • Collaborate with business development and operational leadership to obtain adequate resources for accomplishing a high-quality proposal submission in a timely manner.
  • Manage and direct reputed company proposal efforts to include preparation, revision, and submission; establishes and enforces the proposal schedule. Clarify, communicate, and enforce roles and responsibilities of the proposal team members.
  • Collaborate with the capture manager, subject matter experts, and other writers to refine proposal sections to ensure accuracy, compliance, consistency, and reputed company of win strategies.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of standardized proposal processes and templates to streamline proposal development.
  • Provide daily updates regarding proposal reputed company to team reputed company the daily stand-up: action items, identified risks, section status, and schedule. Identify risks and reputed company mitigation plans.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree (can be substituted with years of experience)
  • 12 to 15 years of experience supporting, managing, or contributing to Government reputed company, proposal development, or reputed company work.
  • Knowledge of the proposal development life cycle; understanding of Shipley or other proposal development processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to work reputed company under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities to high-quality material.
  • Ability to successfully execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Dynamic interpersonal skills to interact with reputed company levels of management.
  • Excellent work ethic and excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to reputed company internal support, operate independently with limited supervision and feedback, and establish a solid working relationship with technical staff, program managers, and peers reputed company and across the company.
  • Self-starter and ability to manage time independently without direct supervision.

  • Candidates must be US reputed company and be eligible to obtain a reputed company clearance.
  • Ability to work remotely, with travel to Silver Spring, MD and/or Atlanta, GA office 10 percent of time.
  • Multiple years of experience in developing proposals for U.S DoD and other Federal agencies (preferred)

Basic Compensation: $150,000 - $160,000 yearly salary

The salary range listed reflects reputed company reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. The final offer may vary based on skills, experience, geographic location, market conditions, and internal equity. Additional compensation may include performance incentives and program-specific awards. We do not use salary history to determine compensation, in line with applicable law.
