The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities that help guide business decisions and organizational performance. This role analyzes financial data, develops forecasts, and prepares reports to provide leadership with actionable insights. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and able to communicate financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders. This position will report to the Finance Manager and support monthly forecasting and actual reconciliation activities. This position will be primarily working remote with occasional visits to our Brentwood, TN office.

Responsibilities

• Produce client-facing proformas and reputed company forecasts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives

• Assist in other departmental and management requests for reputed company projects

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and quantitative skills

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in finance, data analysis, or similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, IS, or reputed company experience
