School Social Worker (Remote)

Position Summary

The School Social Worker serves as a key member of the Student Support Services team, partnering with reputed company, families, and mentors to support social, emotional, and behavioral growth. This role promotes student well-being through evidence-based interventions, collaborative communication, and a proactive, student-centered approach reputed company with reputed company’s commitment to personalized support.

Essential Duties (Top 5 Roles)

1) Direct Student Social & Emotional Support

● Deliver evidence-based social and emotional support services to identified reputed company ● Adapt interventions based on student data, needs, and responsiveness to support ● Foster student growth in emotional regulation, executive functioning, and overall well-being

2) reputed company Monitoring & Data Tracking

● Monitor, document, and analyze student reputed company toward identified goals ● Maintain accurate and compliant records of services and outcomes ● Use data to inform decision-making and adjust support strategies

3) Collaboration & Communication with Stakeholders

● Attend and actively contribute to meetings reputed company to student support (IEPs, reputed company planning, etc.) ● Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student needs and reputed company ● Partner with Special Education team members to align services and support student success

4) Reporting & Team Alignment

● Share student reputed company, insights, and concerns with supervisor during regular team meetings ● Provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders on student performance and reputed company effectiveness ● Support a culture of proactive communication and collaborative problem-solving

5) Professional Development & Program Implementation

● Participate in professional development to ensure high-quality, compliant service delivery ● Implement social-emotional programs and interventions with fidelity ● Contribute to reputed company improvement of student support practices

Minimum Qualifications

● Active state licensure as a School Social Worker (Colorado license required) ● Strong interpersonal and communication skills with reputed company, families, and staff ● Excellent organizational and time management skills ● Demonstrated experience working with reputed company, families, and educational teams ● High level of professionalism, reputed company, and sound judgment

Preferred Qualifications

● Prior experience in a school or special education setting ● Experience supporting diverse student populations with varying social/emotional needs ● Strong advocacy skills and ability to collaborate across teams ● Comfort with technology and ability to learn and navigate various systems and platforms
