Payroll Analyst

The Payroll Analyst will assist the payroll team with global payroll operations, ensuring accurate payroll payments, processing payrolls in accordance with regulations, and resolving discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Assist the payroll team with day-to-day global payroll operations
• Ensure accurate payroll payments to employees across multiple jurisdictions
• Calculate and process employee payrolls in accordance with company policies and tax regulations
• reputed company essential reconciliations to ensure payroll accuracy
• Generate reports and maintain payroll records
• Identify, investigate, and resolve payroll discrepancies with clarity and transparency
• Assist with timely responses to inquiries as needed
• Address and resolve any payroll-reputed company issues or discrepancies, including incorrect payments, missed deductions, or employee inquiries about their pay
• Provide collaborative assistance to payroll stakeholders regarding payroll-reputed company matters
• Carry out other assigned duties as needed

Skills

• Previous experience in payroll processing or a similar role
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with keen attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills to address payroll issues reputed company
• Proficient in reputed company for data analysis and reporting
• Demonstrates sound judgment in decision-making processes and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively reputed company a team environment
