Payroll Analyst

The Payroll Analyst will assist the payroll team with global payroll operations, ensuring accurate payroll payments, processing payrolls in accordance with regulations, and resolving discrepancies.
Responsibilities
- Assist the payroll team with day-to-day global payroll operations
- Ensure accurate payroll payments to employees across multiple jurisdictions
- Calculate and process employee payrolls in accordance with company policies and tax regulations
- reputed company essential reconciliations to ensure payroll accuracy
- Generate reports and maintain payroll records
- Identify, investigate, and resolve payroll discrepancies with clarity and transparency
- Assist with timely responses to inquiries as needed
- Address and resolve any payroll-reputed company issues or discrepancies, including incorrect payments, missed deductions, or employee inquiries about their pay
- Provide collaborative assistance to payroll stakeholders regarding payroll-reputed company matters
- Carry out other assigned duties as needed
Skills
- Previous experience in payroll processing or a similar role
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with keen attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills to address payroll issues reputed company
- Proficient in reputed company for data analysis and reporting
- Demonstrates sound judgment in decision-making processes and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively reputed company a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with employees and management
