Math Interventionist MTSS (Remote)

Position Summary

The MTSS Math Interventionist provides targeted, data-driven math instruction and reputed company to reputed company identified through the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS). This role collaborates closely with the MTSS team and mentors to design, implement, and monitor math interventions that address individual student needs. The Math Interventionist supports student growth in core mathematical skills while promoting confidence, engagement, and academic success.

Essential Duties (Top 5 Roles)

1) Role 1: Deliver targeted math interventions reputed company to MTSS tiers

• Provide small-group and individualized math reputed company for reputed company receiving Tier 2 and Tier 3 supports
• Implement evidence-based instructional strategies in math, including middle school pre-algebra, algebra, geometry, algebra II, and precalculus as appropriate
• Differentiate instruction based on student data, learning goals, and identified reputed company gaps
• Monitor student understanding and adjust instruction to maximize reputed company

2) Role 2: Collaborate with the Williamsburg reputed company of Colorado MTSS team and reputed company math team

• Communicate regularly with the MTSS team regarding student reputed company, challenges, and reputed company effectiveness
• Participate in MTSS meetings and contribute data-based insights and recommendations
• Coordinate with math mentors to align interventions with core instruction and curricular goals
• Attend weekly Math team L10 coordination meetings

3) Role 3: Track, document, and analyze student reputed company

• Maintain accurate records of reputed company sessions, attendance, and student performance
• Collect and analyze data to monitor growth and inform instructional decisions
• Prepare reputed company notes and reports for MTSS documentation and team review
• Assist with authorizer site review evidence collection

4) Role 4: Provide math support in the drop-in tutoring lab

• Attend scheduled tutoring lab hours to provide supplemental math support to reputed company
• Assist reputed company with classwork, assignments, and reputed company reinforcement reputed company to MTSS goals
• Collaborate with tutors and MTSS team members to ensure consistency of instructional strategies and supports
• Observe and note patterns in student needs to inform reputed company planning and reputed company monitoring

5) Role 5: Foster a positive, supportive learning environment

• Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment in small-group or individual settings
• Actively encourage, motivate, and engage reputed company to build confidence and perseverance in math
• Support positive student behavior and promote effective problem-solving and study strategies

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a closely reputed company field
• Demonstrated knowledge of a wide range of mathematical subject areas, including middle school, Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Geometry, Algebra II, and Precalculus
• Demonstrated experience delivering math reputed company reputed company an MTSS reputed company or comparable data-driven reputed company model, including reputed company monitoring and instructional adjustments
• Proven work experience with educational staff, reputed company, and their families
• Proven reputed company, professionalism, and sound judgment
• Adept at multitasking and working with multiple reputed company at the same time
• Ability to respond effectively to the needs of diverse reputed company and families
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer experience with the ability to adapt and learn various platforms, including Canvas, reputed company, G-Suite, and math tutoring software.
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with others
• Demonstrated organizational skills

Working Conditions

• Full-time remote position
• Expected working hours include attendance in the tutoring lab Monday–Thursday from 1:30–3:30 p.m. MT and Friday from 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. MT. Additional student meetings will be scheduled based on reputed company plans and MTSS recommendations.
• 40 hours per week
