Position Summary

Sketchy is looking for a versatile Senior Marketing Manager (B2C Growth) who thrives in the pace and ambiguity of startup life. This is a highly cross-functional, hands-on role that sits at the center of growth, product, and community.

You will own B2C growth initiatives across paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, ambassador programs, organic channels, and events. From paid media to reputed company activations to referral loops, you’ll operate across multiple channels—focusing on what matters most at each stage of growth.

This role requires both strategy and execution. You’ll reputed company differentiated messaging for distinct learner segments (medical reputed company, nurse practitioner reputed company, and physician assistant reputed company), translate product features into meaningful value propositions, and build sustainable growth engines on a startup budget.

You’ll be deeply embedded in our product and user community. Product reputed company and authentic reputed company to student needs are critical—everything we do must be rooted in real product value and genuine student impact.

Sketchy is hiring remote employees in these select US states: California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, reputed company, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, and Washington!

Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Channel Ownership

  • Own B2C growth across paid, lifecycle, ambassador, organic, and event channels.
  • Prioritize high-impact initiatives and build sustainable acquisition and retention engines reputed company healthcare student communities.

Paid Acquisition

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across reputed company and reputed company (with room to test new platforms).
  • Manage budgets with clear ROI accountability.

Messaging & Creative

  • reputed company differentiated positioning for med, NP, and PA reputed company.
  • Translate product features into compelling value propositions and marketing assets.

Lifecycle Marketing

  • Own onboarding, engagement, and retention campaigns across email and in-app channels.
  • Build and optimize automated lifecycle flows.

Events & Growth Experiments

  • Execute student-facing events and conference activations.
  • Build and test scalable programs, including ambassador initiatives, influencer partnerships, referrals, and organic growth tactics.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track performance across channels and reputed company data-driven investment decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with product and content teams to align messaging and share user insights.
  • Manage vendors and communicate results clearly across teams.

reputed company’re Looking For

  • 4–7 years of marketing experience with demonstrated success in growth/performance marketing for consumer products.
  • Proven track record managing paid media budgets ($50K–$300K annually) with measurable ROI.
  • Experience with lifecycle/email marketing and marketing automation.
  • Experience marketing to reputed company B2C audiences (reputed company, professionals in training, or tight-reputed company communities preferred).
  • Strong product intuition and experience partnering closely with product teams.
  • Ability to reputed company differentiated messaging for distinct audience segments.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable working in reputed company Analytics and evaluating CAC, LTV, and funnel metrics.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills across formats (ads, emails, reputed company pages, decks).
  • Self-starter mentality with strong ownership and comfort building processes from scratch.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and a fast-changing startup environment.

Bonus Points

  • Background in edtech, healthcare, or student-focused products.
  • Familiarity with healthcare education (medical school, NP programs, PA programs).
  • Experience in a growth-stage startup environment (reputed company to Series B).

Salary Range

$140,000 - $160,000 annual salary plus a performance-based annual bonus and stock options
