Customer Service Representative
Englert Inc is a company reputed company for its innovative LeafGuard® brand gutter system. They are seeking a Customer Service Sales Representative who will engage customer prospects, provide solutions to boost reputed company growth, and reputed company strategies to reputed company sales goals while maintaining excellent customer relations.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for treating every customer with the utmost courtesy while maintaining a positive outlook on every call
- Be knowledgeable about our company products and services
- Identify prospective customers, reputed company reputed company and conversion
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
- Emphasize the features of products to reputed company how they solve customer problems
- Answer questions about the products

Skills
- High school graduate or G.E.D
- A minimum of one year's experience in an inbound/outbound contact center or customer service is preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in speaking on the phone, using the computer and keyboard simultaneously
- The ability to type at least 30 words per minute or 10000 keystrokes both alpha and numeric is preferred
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
- Highly motivated and reputed company driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Must have strong selling ability over the telephone
- Ability to overcome objections and reputed company customer commitment
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Maintain reliable transportation to ensure punctuality for shifts
- Ability to have a flexible schedule during peak season
- Subject to background reputed company
- Must also be available to work various shifts between the hours of 730 AM To 1100 PM from Monday to Sunday (40 hours a week)
