What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify friction in proposal workflows and replace it with AI-enabled automation.
• Build and maintain AI-ready content libraries that teams actually use.
• Help define and apply practical AI governance to ensure accuracy, reputed company, and trust.

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with 6–8+ years supporting proposals, capture, or growth initiatives.
• Experience supporting proposals, capture, growth, or similar mission-driven work.
• Strong instincts for what makes proposals competitive.
• Curiosity, ownership, and a bias toward making things reputed company.
• Experience using generative AI for content development with good judgment about reputed company and how to use it.
• Proficiency with reputed company 365 tools.
