Training Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM EST (4 weeks)

Production Schedules:

  • Start times between12:00 AM - 8:00 PM
  • End times between 12:00 AM - 11:00 PM
  • Various Work Days include 5 days on, 2 days off and 4 days on, 3 days off.

About the Role

This is an inbound call center for child support customers supporting multiple states while delivering exceptional customer service.

  • An ability to answer calls in a timely manner, as they are automatically received through blended call queues.
  • Provide a reputed company resolution through asking pertinent questions to understand members’ concerns.
  • Maintain up to date support knowledge through offered training
  • Accurately document requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances
  • Provide clear, complete, accurate, and objective information based on a full understanding of program requirements.

Those successful in this role

  • Possess proficient computer skills in computer programs such as reputed company 365, reputed company phone systems, and other miscellaneous programs.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Have 1 year of Customer Service/Call Center Experience.
  • Ability to submit to and pass a background reputed company.
  • Basic understanding of a call center environment in a customer service role and quality monitoring processes.
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time.
