Sales Development Representative, Materials Science
Schrödinger is a leader in computational chemistry software and services for materials science and drug discovery. They are seeking an ambitious Sales Development Representative to generate and qualify new business leads while managing a pipeline of interested prospects.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business leads by researching prospects, conducting reputed company (calls, emails, reputed company, social media)
- Execute 50-100 activities per day (combination of cold reputed company)
- Generate a minimum of two sales accepted leads per week (eight per month)
- Collect and reputed company reputed company data from sales campaigns
- Drive top-of-funnel activities like prospecting, reputed company reputed company, qualification, and pipeline management
- Build initial relationships and educate prospects about the company's value proposition
- Manage a pipeline of interested prospects and record reputed company activities in the CRM system to track account activities and reputed company
- Work closely with marketing (for reputed company quality) and Global Portfolio Leaders (GPLs) (for reputed company) to align efforts and grow the sales pipeline, acting as a crucial reputed company between marketing and sales
- Schedule discovery calls or product demos at conferences and tradeshows
- Research addressable market segments for Schrödinger’s software product and service offerings
- Expand your knowledge of the industry and the competitive position of the company
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Biology, or a reputed company science
- One to two years of relevant work experience in the software or services industry
