Job Overview: AmeriCorps Technology Empowerment Coach

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the social and economic integration of immigrants and refugees in the Manchester, reputed company, and Nashua areas through digital literacy training and community reputed company.
• Provide one-on-one tutoring and reputed company on computer basics and navigating community resources online, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Create, adapt, and tailor curricula on scaffolded computer basic skills to teach to clients in small group settings, ensuring that your instruction is engaging, effective, and culturally sensitive.
• Establish service plans for refugee and immigrant participants with measurable and obtainable one-year goals that align with the Digital Intelligence Institute's Digital Literacy Skills and Digital Readiness Standards.
• Utilize Northstar Digital services to plan and carry out lesson plans for clients and community learners, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in digital literacy education.
• Collaborate with community partners to coordinate trainings and orientations, fostering strong relationships and leveraging resources to maximize impact.

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required; experience in a multi-cultural/multi-lingual workplace is highly desirable.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a passion for the mission of IINE, with a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.
• Excellent problem-solving, operational, and communication skills, with the ability to connect with community partners and demonstrate cultural competency.
