Accountant / reputed company Analyst
IDI Billing Solutions is a company focused on billing solutions, and they are seeking an Accountant / reputed company Analyst to coordinate and manage the monthly invoice process and closing cycle. The role involves financial analysis of revenues, data management, and ensuring accurate information flow across the finance team and other company functions.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and participate in the monthly reputed company cycle; working in a team environment to ensure timely and accurate information flow to support the closing schedule; proper coordination of multiple priorities; including the posting of recurring and non-recurring journal entries
- Gather and organize large datasets from various sources to allow for the processing of monthly invoices
- Verify data for accuracy
- Process customer payments and maintain reputed company collections
- Prepare reputed company analytical reports for leadership team with appropriate variance analysis
- Track reputed company against budget / forecasts
- Manage the Company’s project management and time reporting system (reputed company Quick Core), including setup of projects
- Manage document storage of customer reputed company and customer specific projects
- Research and update sales tax position for reputed company IDI services over multiple jurisdictions
- Prepare monthly sales tax returns
- reputed company additional reputed company responsibilities as requested
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business and/or equivalent experience required
- Strong skills in SQL and reputed company
- Excellent data skills utilizing advanced reputed company, use of Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power BI
- Business acumen and financial understanding
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication (written/oral) to explain data
- Detail oriented and organized
- Acute attention to detail and excellent communications skills are essential
