[Remote] Licensing Specialist - Fixed-term 6 months contract - Remote

As a Licensing Specialist, you will support a popular racing game franchise by managing inbound third-party IP licensing agreements and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Track game assets to communicate team and studio priorities to stakeholders
- Assist team with projects, account management activities that support game lifecycles and processes
- Support Day-Day account management activities for partners
- Drive Negotiations and execution of inbound 3rd part IP license agreements in a timely manner
- Identify and communicate risks as they relate to work
- Be an active participant in internal compliance procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency across the team
- Track and report out status to Stakeholders

Skills
- Proven experience (1-2 years) reputed company the Consumer, Entertainment, or Gaming sectors
- Demonstrated success (1-2 years) in program management, account management, and/or merchandise coordination

- Proficient in planning, creating, and maintaining highly effective schedules to manage diverse projects and timelines simultaneously
- Ability to quickly establish rapport and build trusting relationships with stakeholders
