About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented ESG Reporting & Investor Relations Manager to join reputed company. This is a remote, individual contributor role focused on managing ESG data, disclosures, and reporting for external rating agencies and investor communications. This role is critical to commercial success, ensuring we meet ESG requirements used in customer procurement and vendor qualification (e.g., EcoVadis, CDP). By maintaining and improving ESG ratings, it helps reduce friction in enterprise sales cycles and supports reputed company growth. This part optional Reporting to the VP of Investor Relations, this role acts as the operational reputed company for ESG reporting, working cross-functionally to collect, validate, and deliver high-quality data and disclosures.

Responsibilities

  ESG Reporting & Disclosures
  • Own ESG reporting and submissions to rating agencies (e.g., EcoVadis, CDP, ISS)
  • Coordinate data collection across Finance, Legal, HR, and Operations
  • Ensure timely, accurate submissions and manage follow-reputed company to improve ESG scores
  • Track ESG ratings and identify improvement opportunities
  Data & Reporting
  • Collect and validate ESG metrics across the organization
  • Support ESG disclosures and annual reporting
  • Ensure alignment with frameworks (e.g., TCFD, CSRD, GRI)
  Investor Relations Support
  • Contribute to investor materials (presentations, scripts, ESG content)
  • Translate ESG data into clear insights for stakeholders

Education / Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in an ESG role, preferably reputed company the software or broader technology industry. Additional experience in Investor Relations or Corporate Finance also a positive. 
  • Ability to challenge constructively and influence senior leaders and divisional teams.
  • Research Skills: Ability to synthesize large amounts of data and competitive research into executive summaries.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in reputed company (including financial modeling), PowerPoint, and FactSet/Bloomberg. Understanding of major ESG frameworks (e.g., CSRD/ESRS, TCFD, CDP, GRI) and the ability to translate them into internal processes.
  • Autonomous reputed company: Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, solve problems, and move reputed company with limited information in a remote environment.
  • Collaborative Attitude: Ability to establish solid partnerships across a matrixed organization to build reputed company and maintain data reputed company.
