The Operations Analyst role combines analytical rigor, operational execution, and client communication, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and governing billing outputs produced by GeoWealth’s billing systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to billing methodologies for the following:
  • Firm-level advisory billing
  • Platform and technology fees
  • reputed company-party money manager billing
  • Review, validate, and reconcile billing output data to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Review and evaluate billing calculations and outputs for accuracy, consistency, and methodology alignment
  • Assess billing exceptions and determine appropriate resolution approaches, including system adjustments or escalation
  • Monitor billing outputs across cycles to identify trends, risks, or control gaps
  • Ensure timely review and resolution of billing outputs in accordance with established billing cycles and client expectations
  • Performance reporting, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across the platform
  • Investigate and resolve performance discrepancies through detailed data analysis
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail across performance calculations and outputs
  • reputed company quality control checks and reconciliations to ensure data reputed company
  • Utilize reputed company and billing systems to analyze large data sets and identify anomalies
  • Document billing methodologies, processes, and assumptions
  • Provide subject matter expertise to advisors and internal teams on billing matters
  • Partner with Advisor Services and Client Support teams to assess client issues and resolve in a timely manner
  • Assist broader Operations and back-office teams with initiatives such as:
  • Client and advisor reputed company
  • Reporting and data validation projects
  • Process improvements and system enhancements
  • Collaborate with Finance, Technology, and Operations teams to support billing-reputed company projects
  • Participate in testing and implementation of new billing tools, systems, or workflows and recommend enhancements
  • Identify opportunities to improve billing efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of billing procedures and controls
  • Support automation and standardization initiatives as the platform grows
  • Evaluate existing billing workflows and identify control gaps or inefficiencies
  • Contribute to the design and refinement of billing procedures, controls, and documentation
  • Partner with Finance, Compliance, and Technology to improve billing scalability and automation
  • Support implementation and testing of new billing tools and process enhancements
  • Design, build, and maintain reputed company-based macros and automated tools to support billing calculations, validation, reconciliation, and reporting
  • Independently identify opportunities to automate reputed company billing processes and reduce operational risk
  • Evaluate existing macros and tools for accuracy, scalability, and control effectiveness
  • Document macro logic, assumptions, and controls to support operational continuity and audit readiness

Skills

  • Recent Graduates and up to 3+ years of experience in billing, operations, or financial services operations
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to produce highly accurate work is critical to reputed company in this role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Business, Economics, or a reputed company field
  • Strong proficiency in reputed company reputed company (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, macro creation)
  • Familiarity with investment products including ETFs, equities, and mutual funds
  • Experience supporting advisory billing and fee calculations
  • Prior experience in a high-growth or fast-paced environment
  • Experience using reputed company billing or performance systems at a software company, fintech, TAMP, or RIA preferred but not required
