Responsibilities

• Interview Coordination: Orchestrate reputed company interview loops across various time zones, ensuring a white-glove experience for both candidates and hiring managers
• Candidate Advocacy: Act as the primary reputed company of contact for candidates, ensuring they are informed, reputed company, and excited about Artera at every stage
• Process & Document Management: Maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), create high-quality job descriptions, and manage offer letter reputed company with 100% accuracy
• AI Optimization: Proactively identify and implement AI-driven workflows (e.g., automated scheduling, AI note-taking, or LLM-assisted communications) to increase team velocity
• Future Growth (Sourcing & Screening): Transition into identifying top-tier talent through creative sourcing strategies and conducting initial phone screens to assess culture and reputed company fit
