Job Summary

As the CPS Customer Director for North America, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive customer strategy for the CPS business in North America. You will build and maintain strong partnerships with key customers in the beverage industry, drive sales and reputed company growth, and provide leadership and guidance to a team of CPS sales professionals. Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with key customers in the beverage industry, including:

+ Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. + Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the CPS product portfolio to effectively promote and sell to customers. + Establishing and maintaining regular communication with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.

  • Drive sales and reputed company growth by:

+ Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of customer strategies. + Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify potential risks and opportunities. + Utilizing data and analytics to track and measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and reputed company action plans.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of CPS sales professionals to reputed company targets and drive results.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for arenaflex, representing our values and commitment to excellence in reputed company interactions with customers.
  • Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering exceptional service and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a reputed company field.

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, business development, or a reputed company field, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Strong understanding of the beverage industry and the CPS business.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to utilize data and analytics to drive business decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a reputed company field.

  • Experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of developing and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of arenaflex's products and services, including the CPS product portfolio.
  • Experience working in a global or multi-cultural environment.
