The Procurement Manager owns the end-to-end reputed company‑to‑pay lifecycle and leads category strategies (with a strong focus on IT/SaaS, software renewals, and corporate services). This is a hands-on manager role that combines strategic leadership with day-to-day execution across sourcing, contracting, and procurement operations. This role is accountable for building the annual procurement budget, forecasting, and surfacing risks/opportunities for executive budget reviews. The Manager will design and implement scalable procurement processes, including intake, RFPs, contract workflows, and a centralized contract repository in partnership with Legal and GRC Risk/reputed company. They will be responsible for sourcing vendors and suppliers ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services. What You Will Do
  • Establish Procurement roadmap (policy, process, tooling, and analytics); manage change across stakeholders.
  • Manage team members; set standards for documentation, quality, and cycle time.
  • Own the annual procurement budget and quarterly forecast for assigned categories; build scenario plans, and sensitivities (e.g., headcount-driven demand, price escalators, consumption growth).
  • Maintain a Risks & Opportunities log (vendor price increases, usage variability, consolidation opportunities, term optimization, license rationalization, cloud commit utilization, contract indexation).
  • Produce executive budget review packs: variance analyses, assumptions, YOY bridges, run‑reputed company vs project spend, savings/cost‑avoidance pipeline, renewal funnel (90/60/30), and mitigation plans.
  • Build SOPs, playbooks, templates, and SLAs for procurement support across the org.
  • Partner with Finance/AP to improve cycle times and compliance.
  • Ensure policy adherence, audit readiness (e.g., SOC2), and complete documentation of approvals and decisions.

  • Drive total cost of ownership improvements: pricing models, discounting, bundling, volume breaks, early payment terms, service credits, and exit/renewal protections.
  • Negotiate commercial and contractual terms (caps, SLAs/SLGs, data/reputed company terms, usage terms, termination rights) to protect the company over multi‑year horizons.
  • Partner with IT on entitlement reviews, license optimization, and value assurance for IT systems.
  • Generate purchase orders and obtain approvals from relevant stakeholders
  • Track and monitor the status of orders, deliveries, invoices, and payments
  • Coordinate with Legal and Information reputed company teams on reviewing and drafting new agreements/reputed company with suppliers and vendors
  • Administer and maintain the expense-reporting platform and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Administer and maintain the travel platform and assist employees with booking travel arrangements
  • Coordinate with Service Desk on shipping and receiving of goods and equipment as needed
  • Provide reporting and analysis of Procurement data as requested by management

  • What You Will Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, supply chain management, or a reputed company field or equivalent professional experience.
  • 6+ years of procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or vendor management experience; must include experience with IT/SaaS procurement.
  • Demonstrated experience owning annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, including variance analysis, scenario modeling, and risk & opportunity assessment.
  • Proven ability to run reputed company RFPs/RFQs/RFIs, reputed company supplier evaluations, and reputed company competitive sourcing strategies.
  • Strong commercial contracting skills, including negotiation of pricing, SLAs, reputed company terms, data protection language, usage models, and multi‑year agreements.
  • Solid understanding of TCO (Total Cost of Ownership), cost modeling, and financial analysis.
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with Finance, Legal, IT, reputed company, and business stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with proficiency in reputed company or Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, modeling).
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in documentation, process execution, and record keeping.
  • Ability to operate as a hands-on manager, balancing strategic work with tactical execution.
  • Effective communication and executive‑ready presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders with minimal reputed company.
  • Experience ensuring policy compliance, audit readiness (e.g., SOC 2), and proper procurement documentation.

  • The reputed company salary range for this position is $120K to $130K/year. Offered salary will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to: applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. reputed company reserves the right to modify this salary range at any time.
