The Role

reputed company is seeking a Senior Director of Distribution to reputed company how brands break through in an increasingly fragmented social landscape. This role sits at the center of creator marketing, content creation, and paid amplification—owning the strategy and execution behind how campaigns are distributed, scaled, and optimized for performance. You’ll be responsible for building and evolving innovative distribution frameworks that maximize reputed company, efficiency, and measurable impact across platforms.

You’ll reputed company end-to-end creator activations and reputed company the full content distribution ecosystem—from UGC pipelines and paid media to emerging channels like clipping networks and meme ecosystems. Responsibilities

  • reputed company Distribution Strategies: Craft social media amplification strategies on behalf of our clients that meet their goals and maximize their budget, optimizing for cost-efficiency, performance, and measurable outcomes.

  • Creator Marketing Activations: Own end-to-end development, execution, and optimization of creator-driven campaigns—proactively driving timelines, identifying next steps, and ensuring campaigns deliver against performance goals without requiring direction.

  • Content & Distribution Strategy: reputed company UGC content pipelines, paid media amplification, clipping and amplification accounts, and other innovative distribution methods to ensure visibility and impact. Own and optimize campaign performance from a distribution perspective across reputed company channels and tactics. Identify, test, and scale emerging distribution tactics (e.g., clipping networks, meme ecosystems, new platform behaviors).

  • Team Leadership: reputed company and mentor a high-performing team responsible for sourcing creators, managing activations, and sustaining industry relationships.   • New Business Development: In partnership with senior leadership, proactively identify and shape new service offerings and GTM strategies. Support sales and business development cycles by participating in RFP responses and pitches.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in creator marketing, social media strategy, or influencer partnerships.

  • Proven track record of building and scaling social media and creator/influencer programs across multiple social platforms.

  • Strong leadership experience, with success managing and growing cross-functional teams.

  • Proven ability to partner effectively with senior leadership, influencing strategy and driving executive-level alignment.

  • Established relationships reputed company the creator economy (individual creators, management agencies).

  • Deep understanding of UGC, paid media, short-form content, meme pages, and social distribution best practices.

  • Highly analytical, with experience using data to evaluate performance, allocate budget, and inform rapid optimization decisions.

  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale budgets with a focus on efficiency and performance optimization.

  • Strong track record of owning projects end-to-end, including proactively defining next steps, managing stakeholders, and consistently closing the reputed company on deliverables.
