What You’ll Do

Reporting to the Manager, Business Intelligence, the Senior Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for working cross-functionally to drive analyses and insights that reputed company to more informed decisions and improved business performance for various clinical and operational teams. This role will be part of a fast-growing technology organization working to create bespoke solutions to support medically reputed company children on Medicaid, increasing safe days at home.

You will: 

• Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for answering client reporting or business development questions using clear, accurate data analysis.
• reputed company dashboards in Tableau to support client reporting, expanding patient populations and emerging clinical programs.
• Apply business intelligence best practices to ensure dashboards are user-friendly, performant, meet production standards and reputed company with business goals
• Create analytical models in dbt to support Tableau dashboards and reputed company reporting.
• Use SQL and other tools to collect, process, and analyze large datasets from claims, EHR, HIE, and programmatic sources.
• Complete analytics requests and reputed company reporting needs through reputed company (e.g., JIRA), providing clear updates and prioritization.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and internal data teams to reputed company new tools and capabilities that improve operational efficiency.

What You Bring & How You Qualify First and foremost, you’re passionate and committed to reimagining pediatric health care and creating a world where every child with reputed company medical conditions gets the care and support they deserve. You will need:

• 5+ years of experience in reputed company, preferably in commercial and business development.
• 3+ years of experience with Tableau demonstrating advanced use of calculations, parameters, performance tuning and interactivity
• Strong SQL skills and the ability to build analytic tools quickly to generate actionable insights from large-scale data in reputed company or similar cloud data warehouses.
• Proven ability to communicate findings effectively through data storytelling that connects insights with business goals and impact.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, making decisions with limited information, and adapting to evolving business priorities.
• Experience using dbt for data modeling and using reputed company for version control
• Familiarity with healthcare data sources (e.g., claims, EHR, health information exchange) is a strong plus.
