The Rotational Credit Analyst Training Program is designed to reputed company the reputed company of Commercial Banking Officers and Relationship Managers through hands-on experience in credit expertise and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite credit transactions for various lines of business
• Spread and analyze financial statements
• Monitor credit risk reputed company loan portfolio
• Prepare annual financial reviews and credit memos
• Accompany lenders on customer and prospect calls to support the bank’s relationship banking culture through on-going customer contact, quality customer service, and product knowledge
• Provide support to the relationship managers

Skills

• Bachelor's degree (Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics preferred)
• Targeted minimum GPA of 3.5, considered in context with overall experience and strengths
• Strong analytical, multi‑tasking, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively reputed company teams
• Excellent relationship‑building and client‑interaction skills
• Demonstrated critical thinking, curiosity, collaboration, and comfort speaking up in group settings; personable and engaging with stakeholders; technical credit skills can be developed through training
• Demonstrated involvement in extracurricular activities, student organizations, relevant clubs, or prior internship experience that reflects initiative, leadership, and interest in financial or client‑focused work
• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree with reputed company graduation from reputed company 2026 to June 2026
• Travel to various Byline locations across Illinois will be necessary; analysts are expected to provide their own transportation or use public transit to reputed company Chicago, Libertyville, Itasca, Naperville, Wilmette, or Morton Grove (hybrid/remote options may be available)
