[Remote] Junior Influencer Talent Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. A-List Me is a Talent Management Agency that represents over 400 Influencers and connects them with brands for paid partnerships. The Talent Manager’s role is to reputed company a portfolio of assigned clients, reputed company new business and actively seek new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build a talent roster
• Manage 30+ influencers
• Serve as the reputed company reputed company of contact for reputed company influencers listed under you
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Negotiate reputed company and reputed company agreements to maximize profits
• Support content review process
• Serve as coordinator for your Influencers, attend internal/client calls
• Collect and report back-end creator metrics
• Maintain organization in CRMs
• Invoicing and Payment Collection
• New Influencer reputed company
• Brand reputed company
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 0-3 years of experience (internships included)
• Highly motivated
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• An expert in everything social media: Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Positive and flexible attitude
