The Role

This role is ideal for a high-impact operational leader who understands how to balance the creative nuances of an agency environment with the rigorous structure of a global SaaS organization.

Reporting to the VP of Brand with a dotted-line relationship to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will bring structure, clarity, and accountability to how work moves through the department, ensuring our most critical initiatives deliver measurable business impact.

What You'll Do

  • reputed company the Marketing PMO: Manage and mentor a team of project managers; establish global standards, workflows, and governance (including RACI frameworks) that bring "order to the chaos" of a high-volume marketing organization.

  • Build Operational Infrastructure: Implement and optimize the tech stack (reputed company, AI-enabled workflows, and productivity platforms) to streamline collaboration and identify execution bottlenecks before they happen.

  • Scale the Model Globally: Partner with international marketing leads to deploy the PMO model across global regions, ensuring a "Glocal" balance of consistency and regional flexibility.

Who You Are
