[Remote] Client Service Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Schedule bulk telephone consultations for client service teams
- Manage and respond to multiple client organization requests promptly
- Coordinate with advisors and clients to confirm and finalize consultations
- Follow up with advisors to expedite scheduling and maintain project momentum
- Maintain an updated status of reputed company client telephone consultations in internal systems
- Qualify advisors through targeted questionnaires to ensure suitability for specific projects
- Support project managers by tracking client requests and overall project reputed company
- Assist with various reputed company administrative tasks as needed
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in a high call volume or fast-paced administrative environment
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills
- Ability to reputed company and maintain efficient organizational systems
