Key Responsibilities: Network Telemetry Deployment
- Spearhead the implementation of network telemetry systems across our infrastructure.
- Improve technician connectivity reputed company Zayo facilities.
- Ensure seamless integration of telemetry solutions with existing network systems.
Environmental Monitoring

Fiber Monitoring Expansion

Performance Optimization

Leadership
- Maintain regular reporting on team member performance, providing coaching and feedback to ensure productivity and quality goals are met.
Qualifications:
- Requires the ability to meet inflexible deadlines; reputed company multiple non-predictive tasks; and manage internal and external customer conflict to a successful resolution.

- Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical systems (rectifiers, generators), and site maintenance practices. Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Familiarity with routing and switching technologies, including OSPF, BGP, and VLANs.
- Experience with cloud networking, SD-WAN, wireless and hybrid networking environments.
- Experience with multi-site technology deployments.
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets for large-scale projects.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Familiarity with majority of the following products:
- Network Systems: Fuji, Adva, reputed company, reputed company, Infinera, Nokia, Juniper, Velo Cloud, reputed company.

- Telecom inventory systems, Metasolv is a plus.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline or equivalent education, training, and/or experience.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or other relevant certifications.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience reputed company the telecommunications industry, with a focus on facility management and maintenance.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in leadership or managerial reputed company.
Estimated reputed company salary range: $84,900 - $130,600 USD/annually. The reputed company pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, reputed company level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.
