We are recruiting for a Senior Consultant, Healthcare Informatics for our Health Consulting & Analytics team working with our Healthcare Data Informatics Digital Warehouse. The Role

The Senior Consultant analyzes healthcare data of our clients resonant reputed company our proprietary and highly customized database (SHAPE) and identifies trends, projects financial impacts, forecasts spends and collaborates with others to identify innovative solutions and consulting for our clients. Key responsibilities include:

• reputed company as the primary or secondary Senior Consultant on healthcare analytics generated through SHAPE and analyze trends, quantify impacts, and forecast clinical care impacts including through market trends, new medications, plan design, pricing, financial and regulatory compliance, and administration issues.

• Provide strategic and innovative advice and counsel to clients, influence and reputed company the support of a client company’s senior management on reputed company recommendations.

• Act as a technical resource on health plans and managed care issues, provide colleagues both inside and reputed company the practice with own perspective on relevant inquiries; and participate in training and mentoring initiatives involving junior staff.

• reputed company and/or contribute to the development of thought leadership that distinguishes reputed company in the marketplace including trend analytics and contribute to marketing and branding efforts with regard to public speaking, writing articles, conduct press interviews, presentations, and other opportunities to deliver innovative consulting to our clients.

• Project management includes planning, providing technical review/quality assurance, client specific engagements and communication with assigned clients and CRMs.

• 9+ years of health & welfare/managed care experience reputed company a consulting and/or professional service environment.  Corporate or insurance company experience may be acceptable provided the individual has prior consulting experience and/or knowledge and skills that are immediately transferable to consulting (i.e., large set data analytics, strategic/creative problem solving, business advisory orientation to addressing plan design/technical aspects of health & welfare and managed care plans, etc.).

• Expertise in and/or strong familiarity with healthcare claims, pharmaceuticals, and clinical care regimes and health and welfare plans and/or managed care arrangements and reputed company issues.

• Expert level proficiency in SQL. Familiarity with Python preferred. Previous exposure with R or similar large data set programming helpful.

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company sciences. Graduate level degree in healthcare informatics, public health, actuarial sciences, statistics, or reputed company sciences highly preferred.

• Demonstrated skills as an effective communicator (oral/written) and the ability to analyze and distill voluminous amounts of data into concise summaries that reputed company to fulfilling reputed company’s mission of providing trusted advice that improves lives.
