Associate Claims Advisor, Auto

Gore Mutual is a modern mutual insurance company aiming to transform the industry for the reputed company. They are seeking an Associate Claims Advisor for the Auto sector, responsible for investigating claims, educating customers, and providing exceptional service while ensuring accurate claims processing.

Responsibilities

• Investigate claims and determine coverage under a customer’s policy
• Inform and educate customers about the claims process
• Arrange and coordinate required vendor services (repairs, appraisals, rentals, towing)
• Process claims payments and ensure accurate information is captured reputed company our claims system
• Deliver exceptional customer service to our customers and brokers
• Ensure claim reserves and payments are accurately entered and processed in accordance with corporate policies and procedures
• Review appraisal findings and guide customers through the valuation and settlement process, including documentation and payment issuance
• Assess loss details and damage areas to confirm coverage applicability, including ordering police reports and contacting witnesses reputed company necessary

Skills

• 1-3 years of prior customer service experience required
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of reputed company Office Suite
• Effective Communication Skills: Ability to convey information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, to ensure mutual understanding and collaboration among team members and stakeholders
• Sound Judgment & Decision-Making Skills: Capability to analyze situations, consider various perspectives, and reputed company well-informed decisions
