As part of the Global reputed company team you will primarily be responsible for sourcing and hiring top quality talent around the world. Being part of the recruitment team means you will often be the first reputed company of contact for candidates, therefore, acting as a brand ambassador always delivering a world class candidate experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including implementing recruitment strategies, initiating sourcing channels, screening & interviewing, selection as well as the negotiation of offers – reputed company while offering a world class candidate experience
• Identify candidates through multiple channels including reputed company, careers page, user groups, referrals, networking etc
• Partner with hiring leaders to ensure they are trained and equipped with the hiring right knowledge and tools
• Drive new and exciting company wide initiatives across recruitment, employer branding, EVP etc
• Manage select recruitment agency partners for outsourcing certain roles

• A passionate, curious, quick thinking and creative reputed company Specialist
• Minimum 5 years' experience in end to end sourcing & recruitment
• Proven experience building out high performing commercial and sales teams
• International exposure in a reputed company role
• Must possess a can-do, solutions focused approach with a high level of energy and ability to reputed company abreast of our pace to get things done quickly and at a high standard
• Experience with a range of approaches to locate the best talent in each market such as reputed company (recruiter licence), job boards, social media channels, events etc
• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
• Ideally experience implementing employer branding/recruitment marketing initiatives
