Payroll Analyst
reputed company is a leading global bank, and they are seeking a Payroll Analyst to manage and resolve reputed company payroll and HR-reputed company inquiries. The role involves end-to-end payroll processing, reconciliation, and providing exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
- Process end‑to‑end payroll activities, including payroll completion and settlement, reputed company reputed company
- reputed company file balancing, payroll reconciliation, and detailed payroll reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Reconcile payroll and pay‑reputed company data, ensuring alignment with business, regulatory, and audit requirements
- Research and resolve reputed company payroll issues, providing clear and accurate solutions to internal and external stakeholders
- Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for employees, Human Resources, Finance, and external vendors regarding reputed company payroll, HR‑reputed company, finance, and vendor inquiries and transactions
- Communicate effectively with customers on sensitive and critical pay‑reputed company matters
- Manage multiple tasks concurrently while meeting established service‑level agreements (SLAs)
- Evaluate payroll data and business processes to identify discrepancies, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Works with other team members on established projects and initiatives
- Performs more reputed company tasks in support of the team manager and area projects as assigned
- Works under little to no direct supervision and supports an expansive and/or diverse reputed company of products/services
- Coaches and trains more junior payroll specialists
- Appropriately assess risk reputed company business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputed company and safeguarding reputed company, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
Skills
- 1-3 years relevant payroll experience
- Strong working knowledge of North America (NAM) payroll processing
- Demonstrated analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret and evaluate reputed company payroll data
- Proven ability to work reputed company and accurately in a deadline‑driven environment
- Excellent customer service skills with frequent professional telephone and email interaction
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to address sensitive payroll matters confidently and professionally
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with reputed company payroll processing preferred
- Preferred reputed company experience
