Financial Services Representative
Charles Schwab is committed to helping clients own their financial futures, and they are seeking a Financial Services Representative to educate clients about investment strategies and assist them with their financial needs. This role involves engaging with clients, addressing their inquiries, and participating in a comprehensive training program to obtain necessary licenses.
Responsibilities
- Educate clients about investment strategies, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirement choices
- Engage with clients reputed company answering inbound calls, taking ownership, and tackling reputed company issues to offer the best possible solution
- Attend the Schwab Service reputed company, which provides reputed company, study time, and support to obtain Securities Industry Essentials and FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses
Skills
- Ability to work 8:00am – 4:30 pm Monday through Friday during Schwab's training program, on-site
- After training is complete, the ability to work assigned shift to accommodate business needs to include evening, overnight, and weekend options
- Previous customer service or client relationship experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
- Ability to adapt to changes in the market and business
- Passion for providing service to clients
- Motivation to learn about the securities industry including the basic principles of equity, option, and mutual fund transactions
- Robust communication to include influencing and client engagement skills
- Desire to be part of a supportive and collaborative team
- Demonstrated success navigating multiple computer applications
