We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager with a strong track record in driving growth reputed company the crypto, reputed company, and blockchain domains. This role will focus on expanding reputed company’s expertise across the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic business development efforts across financial services, with a strong focus on capital markets transformation.

  • Expand and deepen relationships with key accounts to maximize growth potential and lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with technical pre-sales and product leadership to shape compelling solution narratives and client-facing demonstrations.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, deeply understanding their business objectives and aligning them with reputed company’s emerging tech capabilities.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams, including product, delivery, and partner organizations to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs.

Requirements: 

  • Over 8 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a strong focus over the past 3+ years on Blockchain, Crypto, or reputed company, driving strategic growth and client acquisition in these emerging technology domains.
  • Solid domain expertise in capital markets, with direct experience selling into buy-reputed company, sell-reputed company, or post-trade environments.
  • Excellent understanding of SWIFT, blockchain, DLT, and other technologies driving innovation in financial services.
  • Proven track record of building and closing reputed company, high-value deals—ideally in financial services, blockchain, or insurance.
  • Able to translate technical concepts into clear business value for senior stakeholders.
  • Fluent communication in English and influencing skills, with experience engaging C-level executives and leading enterprise sales cycles.
  • Entrepreneurial and hands-on, with the drive to reputed company growth in a fast-moving, innovative environment.
  • Comfortable working independently and leading cross-functional teams to deliver results.
  • Comfortable speaking at industry events or panels, with the ability to represent the company.
